- What does one Founder price include?
- NeuroTrader Desktop today, and the EventEdge ecosystem applications as each is released — on the same discounted Founder membership, with no separate app subscriptions.
- When does my paid term start?
- Access begins as soon as you purchase. The prepaid six-month term runs November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
- Does my membership renew automatically?
- No. The prepaid Founder membership is a single six-month payment with no automatic renewal.
- What does the price lock mean?
- Your purchased Founder rate is preserved through October 31, 2028. If you continue after the term, you continue at that rate.
- I am already a Founder. Do I pay again?
- No. Existing paid Founders receive the same November 1, 2026 term start without a new charge, and never a shorter term than the one they already hold.
- What does “unlimited eligible live executions” change?
- Only the plan execution-count cap, through December 31, 2026. Risk limits, kill switches, exchange restrictions, order validation, asset eligibility and compliance controls all stay active. Normal limits resume January 1, 2027.
