- Can I start free?
- Yes. Signal Carrier is free and includes paper trading with delayed intelligence. No card is required.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. You can move up or down between plans at any time from your account, and your Decision History travels with you.
- When is live trading available?
- Controlled live trading is available on supported exchanges for eligible accounts and jurisdictions. Availability depends on provider support, account eligibility and required approvals.
- Can I cancel a monthly plan?
- Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Is NeuroTrader custodial?
- No. NeuroTrader is non-custodial. Your assets remain with your own provider accounts, and NeuroTrader cannot initiate customer withdrawals.
- Does paper performance predict live results?
- No. Paper-trading results are simulated and do not reflect real slippage, fees, liquidity or execution conditions. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
